someone just had to touch my shoulder to get my attention because i was too lost in my own head to hear them talking to me. i had to flee the room because i didnt want to admit what had me so distracted. the moral of the story is that adhd is hell but not just because of distractibility or sensory overload its hell because cascadas “bad boy” has been stuck in my head for 9 hours and its impeding my ability to function as a human being
