a few streams back a bunch of people in my stream chat came together to formulate a portal/ Undertale au called porTALE!! and heres something I drew back then before I forget!!
Player1: “When can we assume negotiation has failed?”
Player2: “I don’t know! I don’t even know how to offer them this moose!”
Party attempting peace negotiation with a new, local orc settlement and failing miserably when my werebear character decided to join in on the effort.
Player 2: “I simply thought she had enough common sense to know NOT to growl at a giant, green man!”
Party escapes camp only to be caught up on and party wiped.
The one time our GM didn’t actively try to wipe us out. It was start of game and she did her best to try and save us.
I caused a party wipe. Without being the GM.
Never had a party wipe in the few groups I’ve had. A few other members of the last one seemed to try their darnedest to ignore all my tactical advice and get us killed, but it never quite happened.
“Alright guys, I’ve scouted ahead and there’s a big room full of monsters up ahead there. I’m gonna shoot one with an arrow and lure them into this narrow hallway where they can’t surround us.”
**Paladin and Cleric proceed to Leroy Jenkins into the middle of the room and get surrounded.**
“congratulation, you nearly got yourself and the entire party killed just for a jar of liquid skunk spray”
but jokes on them. I rolled a natural 20 when throwing it at the boss and had him paralyzed for most the fight and super poisoned.
