This dude is totally hardcore and WILL personally murder you if needed, but Junkrat and him are also huge goofballs and he likes to have his nails painted and put his hair up in a tiny pony tail and has a love for cute plushies and pigs and cares about Junkrat and tells him jokes.
I wanna talk about reposting and why it’s absolutely horrible. I know it’s been talked about before but the fact that we’re still talking about it just means that people still don’t get it
TL;DR: REPOSTING IS BAD AND IT HURTS THE ARTIST
- it steals their hard work
- it steals their feedback
- it discourages them from drawing/posting
- in some cases it can even get them in trouble
Here’s some excuses reposters give and this is why they’re shit.
1) I’m sharing their art and giving them exposure.
You’re also stealing their feedback. They worked so hard on an art and you’re taking away people’s comment and words of encouragement. Sure they might get exposure but even if you link back and credit them, they might not know the repost exists and not see the feedback. If there’s no credit then it’s even fucking worse because the art gets exposure but the artist doesn’t. If they don’t allow reposting at all and you know this AND still do it, then you’re being an ass.
2) I don’t know who the artist is so I didn’t credit. It’s too much work to find out who drew it.
Thanks to technology there’s several ways to search who the artist is by using saucenao or even google image search. If you can’t spend 5 or 10 minutes of your life to do that then think of the artists who pour hours or DAYS into their work just to have it stolen from them.
3) The artist doesn’t speak English. I don’t know how to ask.
Language barrier isn’t a reason to be a dick and steal art. There’s multiple guides on how to ask for permission in other languages. Hell even google translate is good enough to get the point across most of the time.
4) The artist posts their art on a platform/website I don’t use. My friends I wanna show don’t use that website either.
Then start using it if you wanna see their art. It’s not that hard you don’t even need to use it regularly. Copy the url and share that instead of reposting it. Honestly it’s takes even less effort than reuploading art
5) The artist said no reposting but I really want to share it.
On December 19, the Electors of the Electoral College will cast their ballots. If they all vote the way their states voted, Donald Trump will win. However, they can vote for Hillary Clinton if they choose. Even in states where that is not allowed, their vote would still be counted, they would simply pay a small fine - which we can be sure Clinton supporters will be glad to pay!
We are calling on the Electors to ignore their states’ votes and cast their ballots for Secretary Clinton. Why?

Hillary won the popular vote. The only reason Trump “won” is because of the Electoral College.
But the Electoral College can actually give the White House to either candidate. So why not use this most undemocratic of our institutions to ensure a democratic result?

No. Our Constitution says the Electors choose.
“Too many states prohibit ‘Faithless Electors’”
24 states bind electors. If electors vote against their party, they usually pay a fine. And people get mad. But they can vote however they want and there is no legal means to stop them in most states.
Shout out to people who can’t come out because they are in an unsafe or uncomfortable environment. You are valid. Your feelings are valid. You are not alone.

Except for the fact that the people who are genuinely scared right now because of the results ARE the ones who have been asking and fighting for change. The ones who are scared right now are women, POC and LGBT who have been fighting for equal rights for over a century.
