so some might’ve seen it as a throwaway line in “Log Date” when Peridot contemplates where she’d put her new star after joining the CG’s– Well, I finally have permission to share her OFFICIAL crystal gem design! It took a lot of teamwork and planning to really bring it to where we wanted it to be, but I think we can all agree it ended up being a very solid design.
We actually did about 16 boards (which takes 16 days real time! Animation is magic.) before deciding that it was actually too hard to draw, and just went back to “regular” peridot. But imagine what could’ve been!
