One big thing I see people being up with the loot boxes as well is how people would really rather just spend the cash on the skins and save the currency as a alternative to buying what you want, with recolors being your reward for leveling up heroes. Which is a moba formula for unlocking but at the end of he people would rather spend ten bucks and he exactly what they want over 20 and not get what they want
