Honestly, Senator Sanders is the only person who I think would characterize me, a woman running to be the first woman President, as exemplifying the establishment. It’s really quite amusing to me.

Hillary Clinton is one of the most privileged women in the world. She has been a Senator, Secretary of State, and First Lady. She is very nearly the definition of an establishment politician. Being a woman does not change that.
I am furious that she would twist this legitimate criticism of not only supporting but representing the status quo into an accusation of sexism against Bernie Sanders.
If I was undecided in this race, this is what would be the final straw for me against Clinton. This was low.
As much as you want for it to happen you would probably lose your job if the min wage went up to 15 dollars an hour or at least you'll see more people being laid off. It's rather cute that you think things would improve yet you're still too short sighted to see the long run effects.

No I know what the consequences will be that’s why you don’t just jump up to $15 from $7.50. Most places raising minimum wage aren’t doing that. They’re raising the minimum wage by a dollar or so a year to give the local economy time to adjust. Besides everyone knows that not every company will have the means to do this. However, right now with minimum wage, the wage you are supposed to be able to live off with the bare bones of everything and no luxuries of mind you, only being $7.50 an hour is impossible to do that, which is why people often need more than one job, which is why the job market is so competitive. Plus, with minimum wage being so low people are scraping by and not spending money on luxuries because they don’t have money to spend. Guess what happens when people don’t spend money. The economy doesn’t grow.
I’ve said before that minimum wage getting raised isn’t and doesn’t have to be the ONLY solution. I personally think all this BS stems from the shitty college-level education system the USA has. HOWEVER, something eventually has to give.
Also, the “raising minimum wage causes unemployment” thing?
Interesting. This debunks a fear that companies will lay off workers to protect profits if minimum wage goes up.
Not to mention the people who try to detract them often use the McDonalds layoffs as an excuse
The same McDonalds who have a long history of treating their employees like shit and likely used the strike and raised minimum wage as an excuse to fire them in the first place.
Never in my entire life did I ever expect to play Defender, Gauntlet, and Robotron as Batman, Gandolf the Gray, and a Cyberman.
That was my favourite level because if you play as gandalf in the gauntlet part, it treats you like a wizard whereas everyone esle is treated as generic hero.
