I think they were comparing that most if not all woodwinds use a reed and so does a saxaphone.
Panpipes, piccolos, flutes and shit don’t use reeds. In fact only the ones in the clarinet class have reeds as opposed to brass which the majority uses reeds.
i think woodwind instruments. You know, blowing the wood pipes.
