I don’t know why I haven’t posted about this yet, but here it is…
WE HAVE OUR FIRST FREAKIN’ EAGLE AT OUR REHAB CENTER.
Our main rehabber was recently permitted to take in eagles which is a HUGE deal. This “little” bald eagle came in to us after falling out of his nest. After attempting to re-nest with a makeshift nest and with help from a local biologist, they determined that he was not being cared for by his parents. He is now a brancher and just in time for our 100ft flight to be finished just for him and future rehabbed eagles!

I need to come and see him!!
