A group of hackers known as Poodlecorp took responsibility for taking down the Pokémon Go
servers using a DDoS attack on Saturday. But that was just the beginning. A Poodlecorp team member said that was just “a lil test” and that they would “do
something on a larger scale” likely on August 1st.
I’m laughing so hard at this. Okay first, PG doesn’t use a static logon. It has two variable logins that aren’t even owned or kept up by niantic. They are kept by Google and Nintendo respectively (and have fun hacking two of the biggest names companies around). Which means, no, they can’t do anything to your accounts if they wanted. Second, they plan to DDOS the server??? Two issues with that bucko. Pokemon go isn’t hosted on one server. Its hosted on hundreds or more that are localized to areas. Secondly there’s already server problems? So a DDOS would go massively unnoticed and would probably affect only a small number of people before being quickly fixed??
tl;dr: this is the edgiest empty threat I’ve heard in a while.
Pearl: finally accepts roses death and moves on

That’s what pearl throwing the rose off the building was for. And then they had a dance eerily similar to when rainbow quartz happened. Not to mention she sang with greg about how said dance was priceless.

Pearl could be Bi or Pan! That's what people keep missing. Though TBH I've seen a bi/pan Pearl Headcanon (not a straight head canon, a bi/pan one) equated to corrective rape. SU Fandom's crazies aren't worth debating with.

I’ve headcanon she was demi for the longest time. One other thing that’s important to note is that crewniverse has always kept up with representation, showing various forms of familys, races and sexualities. And the show already has lesbians, ruby and sapphire. So it would make sense for the crewniverse to showcase some of the other sexualities. But no, it’s utterly impossible because pearl mus despise every man, nevermind the only interaction we’ve seen between her and men were with the man who rose ended up with and mayor Dewey who is a creepy stalker and a narcissist. Also nevermind that she warmed up to greg and had tender moments and said dancing with him was priceless.

I’m so confused as to what I’m supposed to find upsetting about this. Like I get it looks very industrial, but why is that bad? Did this person used to think that cans of soup were portals to artisan kitchens where teams of chefs hand prepares ya damn alphabet noodles? Is the fact that we live in a society which can deliver fully prepared, non-perishable meals in convenient containers for 99 cents at your local winn Dixie somehow insufficiently fantastic for you?

And if industrial capability to create food that won’t spoil in two weeks and is still adequately nutritious without poisoning you is somehow revolting, get the hell off my planet. There is no room for irrational kneejerk reactions against protecting our food supply from spoiling.
I hate when people use non science things that results in exactly what you would expect to claim things are bad. They leave food to decompose for a month, boil soda until the sugar carmalizes and freeze soup. It’s like, yeah, food rots after a while if left in the open. Sugary things carmalizes in heat. Liquid freezes when froze.
I’m half tempted to set a banana on fire and yell “YOU WANT THAT POTASSIUM NOW? LOOK HOW IT BURNS WHEN I SET IT IN FIRE!”
