((seeing as there’s probably no way chara could answer this, or at least not well, I’ll just tell you. It’s not a theory seeing as it’s just the canon of this blog.
Chara’s eyes were naturally brown. After dying, fusing with Asriel, and becoming a ghost, their eyes are now red in the same way that the rest of the boss monsters’ eyes are.
Frisk’s eyes are naturally a red-brown.
