You take responsibility for protecting her.
Because she’s your little sister. And she can’t fight bullies on her own.

In the first episode, he threw his boomerang at prince zuko, dishonored prince on a quest to capture the avatar so he could regain his place in the family and become firelord. I don’t see why it’s so surprising.
So I’m sure many of you noticed that in many instances Rose has not shown her eyes. This is a common occurrence in the show, and very deliberate.
Looking someone in the eyes give a sense of honesty and covering them gives a sense of deceitfulness and dishonesty.
The Painting
Rose’s painting is a very important background item for the show. It’s in almost every scene inside the house.
Even in the original painting, Rose has her eyes closed.
However, many scenes have a beam covering her face
These are 3 of many different episodes that have this. The covering of Rose’s face is a very important artistic choice to help us see that something about her is untrustworthy.
There are other scenes where the top of the painting is cut off as well.

While the painting is the most common example, we have many more where the artists chose to cover her eyes/have them closed
I don’t explain very well, but I think this is very important to Rose’s story, and I think we will find out in time why the creators wanted us to feel she was not to be trusted
I drew a picture of Cold Front a while back (that I never posted) trying to emulate the style of a magazine cover, with that I thought what a typical magazine name would be in the pony world. Thus “ponies ‘n socks” was made.

Your "Big M is less accepted because hes is large and manly compared to Steven" thing isn't far off. Look how often said 'allies' will praise and idolize trans people who 'look passing'. Look how often they will fetishize, have headcanons for, and draw little anime boys as trans because they "look feminine" or sometimes with anime girls that are 'moe'. If they can't fetishize you then you are problematic.

And they misuse the term transmysoginy. Transmysoginy is saying that people are not trans unless they conform to gender roles. Example: Saying that someone with the wrong body type for clothing can’t be trans or is offensive to trans is itself transmysoginistic.
