The United States is like a younger sibling. We Americans can criticize it all we want, but when someone from a foreign nation does, we are all like “Hey back off!! That’s my country, you can’t make fun of my country!”

That’s because it’s easy to criticize a country you live in because you know what’s going on. Like, there are people who aren’t in America who think that we Americans are just idly standing by while everything goes to shit. We aren’t doing nothing, we are pissed about everything happening in our country and are trying to fix it but the whole system is rigged.

What people think it means when we say "Language is evolving": This pejorative term isn't bad anymore because it's funny to me and I say so.
What it actually means when we say "Language is evolving": English has developed a specific verb for tricking people into listening to Rick Astley's "Never Gonna Give You Up"

What tf

Im not trying to defend anyone here, but as a human who once was extremely religious and loosened her bolts over the years, a lot of people in the church are against homosexuality but aren’t afraid of those who are gay. Meaning that, they do not believe in or support homosexual actions, but they do still talk to those who are homosexual, and will become friends with them if their beliefs don’t get in the way.
It’s like, if I were to not like spinach, so I don’t support the idea of farmers growing spinach because I don’t like it, but my best friend loves spinach. Like, obviously I’m not going to look past her or him; I’m going to love him/her anyway, but I’m not going to take part in her spinach-eating lifestyle, nor will I enjoy watching her eat spinach. It doesn’t make me a spinachfobic person; it just means that I don’t wish to eat spinach: partake in the spinach lifestyle.
I hope this made some sense and cleared some things.

When will straight people fucking stop

When u get compared to a piece of spinach

We…just got compared…….to vegetables…..

“SPINACHFOBIC” “PARTAKE IN THE SPINACH LIFESTYLE”

Okay all of you are being ignorant. I’m Christian and I don’t believe being gay is right, HOWEVER, I love my gay, trans, lesbian, bi friends and I fully accept them. I don’t shun them. So the above tweet is completely valid. I am against it, BUT I am far from homophobic. I will not try to push you out of it and I fucking accept you. So don’t start asking “when will straight people stop” because that’s rude, and basically shitting on our religion. Honestly that was a veeery bad comparison with the spinach and I cringed, but please don’t be ignorant.

…anyways straight people please fucking stop

tag urself as a vegetable I’m a radish

I mean I definitely lead a spinach lifestyle.

can i be a fruit i hate vegetables

Being against homosexuality is what homophobia is. If you’re indifferent then that would be a different story but if you are actively trying to make the lives of people who aren’t straight, then you are phobic.

the john cena meme, if used correctly, is still as powerful as it was at it’s time of conception
