This moment here (and countless others like it) is the reason Davies will always be superior to Moffat. Always.

It’s an excellent touch that really comes as a a surprise. It wasn’t forced, and came off as a natural progression of a character. A solid connection between two characters that only added, rather than took away. It gave new meaning to Boe’s final words, and created a closing act in Jack’s life. 

Also, it explained why the face of Bo was so eager to help the doctor.

Also, a little funny thing I like to think about is that the face of boe is really famous and I like to imagine it’s because he seduced the universe

okay but is that michelle’s fault for pushing for healtheir lunches or is it school districts’ faults for cutting corner by cutting calories but not making lunch any healthier?

Yeah that looks like some of exactly the same shit they served when I was in highschool but less of it.

DO NOT BLAME MICHELLE OBAMA FOR THIS SHIT.

Her heart is in the right place. This isn’t what she means by healthier lunches. She wants healthier options NOT less food.

Blame the school boards who’d rather take away food to spend less money because adding healthier foods costs more.

The other alternative (what my school did) was to by healthier food that’s still really cheap. And the thing is, cheap healthy food tastes even more like garbage than the stuff they were serving before. This year I didn’t even buy lunch half the time because trying to eat it made me gag.
