I’ve heard that he’s removed loss from the hardcover editions, and I’m REALLY not sure if this is true, but I heard he didn’t honor anyone who selected loss as the signed print for a Kickstarter award.

oh no the artist doesnt like people making fun of a miscarriage how dare he have more morals than that terrible shits who think its funny to mock miscarriage.
The reason why loss.jpg is so memeatic is because while it’s supposed to be dramatic, there is no attempt to change the format suited for comedy or change any of the faces so everyone looks more mildly inconvenienced rather than distraught.
