Also, did you know he didn’t even go to college? He took an animation class at a Community College and then won a Student Academy Award for one of his assignments.

Also important to note: Spongebob was heavily influenced by Ren and Stimpy; Phineas and Ferb was influenced by Family Guy (Dan Povenmire previously worked on Family Guy, and used its timing/4th wall breaks as inspiration for PnF’s sense of humor)
Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane was also on many 90′s cartoon network shows, including Johnny Bravo, Dexter’s Lab, Cow and Chicken.
That’s just off the top of my head… everything’s connected! The “family tree” in western animation crosses over much more often than many people realize.
