Since everyone is always mixing characters around, I tought about this after drawing that Muffet yesterday.

if muffet and Grillby is Sans & Paps role, then they could be the food vendors. Sans opens his bar that only serves hot dogs, ketchup, and questionable dog salad. Papyrus sells bone shaped donut and sells it on high price because "ITS MADE BY THE GREAT PAPYRUS! ALSO FOR THE DONATION TO HELP FELLOW FRIENDS MOVING HERE FROM THE RUINS"

I would want Grillby to be papyrus specifically so when you meet him at the end of Snowdin the battle starts with, "Grillby bars the way!"

What if for the character swap, since we're swapping in vendors and such, then the nice cream guy is Alphys and the snowdin shopkeeper is undyne (since she looks like she could beat someone's ass)

Also, she would share recipes with Grillby and that would be seriously adorable.

Ruins keeper gaster and papyrus and sans as shop keepers? I love this :). Is gaster still their dad in this au? If he is, and because papyrus is a boy scout, could we get a pic of gaster taking papyrus camping?

I’m not sure about the Ruins Keeper Gaster. I just doesn’t make any sense and someone has to replace Asgore and Asriel.
I mean, the only characters that would kinda fit the empty spaces would be these guys.
And who would even know how this would work out.

I still don’t think this is the best idea for the role swap. But I couldn’t get these ideas out my mind, so I just scribbled them. For some reason Asriel really likes Grillby.
Asgore covered the boat with golden glowers.
And void goatmom.
The problem with this is that it feels unfair to have these characters doing so little stuff.
