Feminists United Club Member Grace Mann Murdered After Months of Threats of Sexual Assault and Violence
After University of Mary Washington Feminists United Club president Paige McKinsey spoke up at a student senate meeting about the culture of sexual hostility among the university’s fraternities and the university’s unwillingness to do anything about it, the anonymous social media app Yik Yak exploded with insults and threats of physical and sexual violence toward McKinsey and other campus feminists.
After the rugby team was recorded singing a song about raping dead whores, prompting FUC members to report the incident to the school administration, the threats got even worse.
Then, on April 17th, Grace Mann was murdered by her roommate, a former rugby player.
You can literally be murdered for being a feminist.

I get why a lot of people hate the whole princess culture aimed at little girls. There’s a hell of a lot of toxic bullshit in there.
But when I was a tiny princess, my dad used to be my royal advisor. He would come to me, and over tea we would discuss the problems of the kingdom. He would tell me that new people wanted to move to the kingdom, and ask me what we should do. Or he would tell me that the teddybears and the dolls were fighting over the enchanted forest, and ask me what to do. Basically, he took the trappings of the princess culture, and used it as a tool to teach me about leadership, civic responsibility, and compassion.
So if you have a little princess around, consider helping her figure out how to run her kingdom. There’s no sense in telling a kid they can’t be a leader, or that they can’t wear sparkles while they do it.

I little trivia, the shape of a heart that you often see is based off the butts of women when they were bending over.
Um, no, the traditional “heart” symbol comes from the shape of two hearts (as in the organ) bound together, AFAIK.
I have read many possible theories on the origins (it’s not exactly known where the shape originated from but it being a womans butt or vagina are a more popular ones and my personal favourites) that range from the shape of ivy leaves to the necks of swans mating but the only place I could find something about it being two hearts put together is from a tumblr post.
