When it comes to criminal investigation shows I am so tired of this overused plot point where a character working in law enforcement somehow is working so much that their spouse bitches about it constantly and eventually leaves them
The show I’m watching now has done this FOUR DIFFERENT TIMES with different characters and it’s so godamn annoying…!!! nearly every criminal investigation show pulls this shit off at least once.
Something that bothers me with those kinda of shows is that laboratories, and especially autopsy rooms, are always so dimly lit. Like, have they ever tried to work in a room that was almost unlit except a dim blue hue? It’d suck, and if you’re doing an autopsy then the room should be so brightly lit that shadows aren’t a thing.
