tbh i don’t understand why letting your son play with barbies will ‘turn him gay’ bcuz you’re literally letting him play with an overly-sexy female doll where he can take her clothes off and touch her boobs

yep

that’s so gay

in related news my grandma thought I was a lesbian when I was like 2 bc I didn’t play with dolls

straight people are so weird

I have no idea what you people are talking about. The best way to prevent your son from being gay is letting him lay with manly toys like heman or somehting. I mean look at this

Look at how hetero it would be for your son to play with this.

Too drunk, apparently XD Saw the ask you shot Jestre, was just pointing out the right spelling. Was trying to be lighthearted with it XD

Meh.

Potato potato.

Paid* dear. Drunk spelling godfather, AWAY! *floats away with whiskey*

i have no idea what you are saying.

Fic idea where a lonely person sells their soul to Satan to be their friend. And Satan just rolls with it until he realizes at the time of their death he genuinely likes them.

Since he can’t renege on the contract he takes them to Hell and puts them in a high position of power. Demons hardened by millenia of torture now have to answer to a shy, self-conscious, quiet, depressed, lonely person who has unintentionally become Satan’s #1

OMG someone has to do that

Anyone remember back in 08 when youtube was plagued with “music videos” with DBZ or Naruto fighting to linkin park?

I need the shittiest one because reasons.

Hey, now it’s in picture form!

You realize it’s not just because of the porn right? Porn will happen no matter the show, that’s not the point. The point is, no child can truly SAFELY  look up my little pony fanart or fan videos any more. Because of “molestia”. I don’t care what shows people like as long as they don’t take a show targeted at children and turn it into something that a kid can’t safely look up. My sister is 11 and I had to explain several sexual thing to her because she was watching My Little Pony fanvideos and found an “ask Molestia”.

image

Look at the first suggestion that comes up with searching MLP fanart.

Now look at Steven Universe fanart suggestions

image

Literally nothing dirty pops up.

So it’s not that we don’t want them “ruining our show with porn, it’s that we don’t want them to make it unsafe for the targeted audience  (children) to search it

literally all you have to do is google the name of a pony and BAM porn

people get so angry at the thought of not having the right to flaunt their porn wherever they want and that’s gross

tag your fucking porn

children don’t need to see that shit

Porn is fine. Porn in and of itself isn’t a problem. It’s when you leave that shit all over the goddam place untagged and kids stumble onto it that it becomes a problem. And many many bronies REVEL in leaving it out in the open like that. They behave like they’re entitled to do so. THAT’S what the SU fandom doesn’t want. It’s fine to create porn but KEEP IT BEHIND CLOSED DOORS WHERE IT’S SAFE FROM YOUNG EYES AND RESPECT THAT THERE ARE CHILDREN PRESENT. It’s not like you assholes don’t know where to find it whenever you want it.

A proper rebuttal to the SU fanbase:

I may get flack for this, or I may not get flack for it. However, I think I have a bit of merit to what I may say. In a word, you gave away a clue, Google’. Google searches items based on your previous search parameters and relates it to a subject that has it, and provides similar images based on your searches, in the form of relevancy. This is especially amplified, if you were signed in with a google account (as the pictures above demonstrated). Unless you were actively searching for pony porn, and SU porn for that matter, it will be very unlikely to show up frequently on your search. To prove this, I took screen shots of my Google search relating pony content (and yes, my safe search option is “off” before anyone asks). The results I found were this:

I first searched: My Little Pony, Friendship is Magic. These are my results.

image

I went down further to be extra safe, and out of the search only one would be considered “inappropriate” (if you happen to think two human-ified version of the ponies kissing counts as that):

image

So then, I took it a step further: I added “fan art” next to the MLP: FIM search I did earlier. Like my first search, I only found one that was inappropriate (and unlike the first one, had risque tendencies). Unlike the first time though, the relevant searches didn’t bring up anything related because, like I said, I wasn’t looking for dirty images, nor have I searched for dirty images relating to ponies.

image

And like before, I searched down further to be safe, and then I found the risque image:

image

Upon my searches, and to address a claim I decided to type in Twilight Sparkle. No surprise on my end, there was no sign of any dirty images; not even suggested by Google’s relevant search:

image

So what does this mean? Well, considering how I, a former brony, used to partake in the fandom, without going into the clopping/wtf section of the fandom, it is unlikely pony porn will show up on my search (both without and on a google account (I searched all without a google account)). The same could probably be true for anyone in the fandom that followed my approach. So technically, children are safe from that.

If, however, you did search for pony porn, at one or a few given points, chances are it will show up as relevant images and sections, because of the google search mechanic in place. If that being the case, I worry for your children then.

Yet, the same is equally true, if you did the same sort of search for Steven Universe. This is why, children aside, the internet, and the way you browse the internet, can indeed affect those around you. That being said, it is still wrong to demonise an entire fanbase, because of the actions of a select few within the fandom. That’s like saying, “All SU fans are over-reacting, hyper sensitive pricks, worthy of their fragile gems”. It’s a wrong mentality to have, and a wrong mentality to foster in the mind and in the communities you share.
