best thing i learned working with and learning about kids: when they do shit like this, especially to something they themselves use and enjoy, leave it there for as long as possible. let them return to the fun thing over and over again so that it sinks in that the thing they did was wrong, they ruined something, and now they can’t have fun because of it and they should never do it again. it teaches them consequence of action and cautiousness.
i did this with a 3-year-old kid i babysat who filled his playstation with peanut butter before i got there, just every time he went back to it and asked why it’s not working, i opened it and pointed to the peanut butter stains and said “you did that” and he says “yeah”, “will it work like that?” “…no”, and when he got it and promised to never put anything but games into a game machine again, his parents bought another and he kept his promise. it works, even at that age.
this was a long and unnecessary rant but so many times i’ve seen parents IMMEDIATELY replace their kids’ toys/electronics that they destroy over and over again and i’m just like NO THEY’RE NOT LEARNING ANYTHING THAT WAY
they also don’t learn from being thrown into fires

I know this sounds like a standard wolf win but it was fun. Here’s why. D2, Pride says he interrogated Pokemon and pokemon was maf. Pokemon claims to be transsed so I confirmed it by saying I swapped him and voilgirth. Turns out there actually was a trans.
Anywho, I kill mayor n2 so they know there’s a wolf. and I’m also transsed
D3: Pride says pokemon came up as maf again and I say I swapped him again with okarin.
N3: the inves dies and he says I’m trans or arso (lucky me, the trans swapped me and him the night inves looks at me)
D4: the inves will also says spring trap is a jan or med. the consig says he knows what i am and I tell him that I swapped with select(amn at the time) and that he just outed himseld as consig. I pass the info to pride who confirms that spring is maf.
N4: I kill exe. maf kill nobody
D5: we put the consig on stand. He quits before we vote so we put okarin on stand because the pride reminded us that pokemon came up as maf when I swapped them. He dies
N5: Maf kills nobody
D6: Amn becomes mafioso. We say it’s gots because “select is wolf” so we lynch gots who turned out to be jester.
N6: I attack anus because I need select alived he swaps with select so I kill both (and select dies from jester because of the trans)
D7: I yell that doc is the wolf because anus was the second trans and pull up the accounts that I “swapped” pokemon with two maf (I just got lucky with that) but it turns out that Pride was also lucky. He was an exe whos target was doc. So together we lynch the trans.
There is no one Dipper can trust, he was betrayed by everyone he knows, even by the sister he got along with so well.
Theres only one person he could rely on now
Actually, two people.
The first one, and I can’t believe nobody brought THIS up, is Wendy, Dipper’s first crush in the show and the only one who, despite letting him down softly when he admitted his feelings, has shown no ill will towards him whatsoever and whose friendships, despite the perils and hardships, still pulled through?
But the other… well, not person, but character, is of course Bill Cipher. And heck, we all know how manipulative he is!
Thats why I said by everyone he knows.
He was betrayed by stan, mabel, wendy, and even bill.
But I guess he will have no one to refer to but bill, just as much as bill is looking so forward dipper, he will probably manipulate him and cage him like a songbird.
if not, im really looking forward what would happen to dipper, maybe stan’s brother had the same reason and thats why he disappeared , and maybe dipper would do the same.
While he’s been betrayed at some point by everyone he’s trusted, there is one person who hasn’t betrayed him. Someone who he’s started to trust. Or maybe I just want pacifipper to be a thing.
Does anyone remember that one show that was on disney about a girl with red hair and the intro she was rollerskating and she would sneak into her class because she was late but the teacher would notice and write her up? The style of the show looked like Doug except people weren’t pastel.
