Jeff Jackson, a young Democratic NC State senator is the only senator in the general assembly today due to the snow.

I’d vote for this guy if he could do this as president. :3

Well even if he was president, nothing would get done because he would be in the same boat as obama where most of congress denies his ideas due to his political party.
I do wonder if his movements would hold up legally though.

done with azure questions. ask lapis some.

Imagine a story in which a an evil sorceress goes back in time to wreck shit. Then the hero is tasked by the princess to undo the damage as people turn to stone and stop existing. Then, the hero takes to long so the princess ends up sacrificing herself to stabilize the paradox.

Redesigned Azure Quartz’s older sister, Lapis Lazuli, because what the hell was I thinking earlier? I can’t draw that again. Anywho, she’s easier to draw and bitchier than ever.

Clothing retailer Urban Outfitters is in hot water with a Jewish civil rights group for selling a tapestry that looks similar to clothing worn by gay men in Nazi concentration camps.

The tapestry, which features gray and white stripes and several pink triangles, was being sold for $69 at an Urban Outfitters in Boulder, Colo., according to the Anti-Defamation League. The group said it wrote to Urban Outfitters CEO Richard Hayne asking him to stop selling the item, but the retailer hasn’t commented so far, the Washington Postreports.

TIME

urban outfitters has a nasty history of racism and just horribly distasteful clothing items… for example:

- a shirt with the star of david patched on the pocket (like the Jewish holocaust victims were forced to wear)

- a vintage bloodstained kent state sweatshirt (in the 1970’s four (unarmed) kent state students were shot during a vietnam war protest)

- a faux Navajo clothing line

- a shirt sporting the words “eat less” plastered on it

- racist “Ghettopoly” shirt

- a shirt with the words “everyone loves a jewish girl” on it (there are others like “everyone loves a catholic girl” surrounded by a rosary but this particular antisemetic shirt is surrounded by dollar signs………)

basically, urban outfitters has continuously produced some really offensive shirts.

Disgusting. Urban outfitters is the most disgusting clothing like out there and the people who make these things are disgusting human beings.
