My biggest issue with this is that op explicitly said “he could get it”, and then when he made a harmless joke about it she’s uncomfortable? You can talk about him like a sex object but he’s not allowed to make a witty (but still clean) response?
If this all happened to me I’d be super stoked and flattered. Unless after that meme he sent a dick pic I don’t see where the issue is.
