I don’t care how terrible of a person someone is, this post is in bad taste. I hate trump just as much as the you all but don’t try to turn David Bowie and Alan Rickmans deaths into a political thing for notes. It’s more disrespectful to them than it is trump.
I have never, in my whole entire life, ever heard a conversation more deserving of the title “Diva Qween Words of Sheer Fierce and Fabulous Earth-Shattering and Heart-Piercing Perfection from the Baddest Boss Bitch in the Whole Motherfucking Game” than this dialogue right here.

I really want to agree with you except that’s not what this speech did. This speech sounds epic boss wordage of the year, but read it again. It’s a tragedy.
This speech establishes Azula as being childish, reckless, and willfully blind to the point that she’d wreck a ship by forcing sailors to take her orders regardless of their feasability in reality. ((tides. you do not fuck with tides. tides always win. tides are eternal and you are tiny tiny humans on a tiny tiny bucket. boats cannot be bullied and the ocean cannot be bullied. if you try to play chicken with the tides, you smash your vessel on the rocks or run aground or sink. the ocean is god and you are powerless to it.))
The reason Azula went mad in the third season is that her father and his court had emotionally abused her while simultaneously building up a superiority complex in her that rendered her incapable of seeing reality. A person who says that her commands are more important than the tides cannot rule a ship, an army, or a nation.
This looks like a badass boss speech, but it’s not.
