I’ve literally never heard Christian privilege before and that’s kinda crazy. Idk I think it’s the wording that bugs me. Like if I can “expect” days off? No. I still have to ask them off. And most of the time those days are during the busy season so I’m not getting them off.

It was more of a thing in the eighties when companies were willing to let their employees have holidays like Christmas and Easter off but now not so much.

And it’s perfectly fair to see the reason why, especially with how over reactive people are on tumblr.

To call her ableist for that is completely uncalled for.
