Upon further inspection, the OS came with the memory. So I just need the tower and I will be ready to build it.

HDD for now but I”m gonna get an SSD in november or december and reformat it as such.

SSD is a solid state drive. It’ a HUGE performance boost. For example, it makes the computer ready to go as soon as you turn it on rather than take 30 seconds to start up.
