I think old people do this just to feel better about themselves because they don’t know how to use a computer and think that it works the other way around for some reason.

What if we don’t see time travelers because the universe works to stabalize paradoxes. Like, if someone goes back in time to kill themself, that universe works to have someone else make a time machine. Like, what if time travel works like no matter what, you can’t change history. As in, this universe, someone killed whoever the nazi furher was of their timeline but to correct itself, the universe had hitler take their place.
