You know those people who go around asking artists if they can be friends? Has anybody ever seen them send any other messages? They send in the friend request, and you never hear from them again. It’s like they send the message, and then sit down and smile at their good fortune that they have a ‘friend.’ Even though they literally haven’t even talked to the person. The thought never crosses their mind to keep talking. Like 99% of friendships are forged because you keep communicating with said person for a period of time.
Being held hostage? lots of patients in a clinic would say the same. What reason do we have to believe you're not just trying to escape a safe haven?

I feel like if you were my friend, all you’d do is ask for art whenever you feel bad, or ask for attention any time you have a bad day, and that those bad days will be frequently repeated incidents
And that whenever you don’t get your way it’ll turn in to rage like you just displayed earlier.
I refuse to get in to another toxic, one-sided, meaningless friendship where I’ll end up feeling used.
