Not everyone fits. Hell I was thinking Chip was more like Belle personality wise, but her and Pyrite were teacher/student and Pyrite has a ship. And Starboard is basically Hook and he and Camellia have never met. So yeah.
I think lapis and cheshire would be closer to regina and robin.
