The best kids shows are ones that challenge children to think. The best kids shows give all characters depth. Saying poor writing is excusable because “it’s a kids show” is an insult to kids and kid shows everywhere. That is why I don’t like it when people say teen titans go shouldn’t be criticized because it’s a kids show.

-getting criticized for years on end then getting questioned on all sides as to why you’re so negative about yourself
I’m glad I’ve been outgrowing a lot of this, and moving out worked to be a good thing between me and my parents.

Where in any of what I said did I say “I hate trans people”? I’m just sick of head canons that make no sense. Don’t just assume just because I hate something that is trans related doesn’t meaning I hate trans people.

Most of those experiences are the same as if some at a biological boys age to experience. I find these kind of head canons just so out there. True I may came off as blunt, but at the sametime I don’t hate trans I hate head canons people try to make just because they only see very small similarities. Not shitting on peoples actual experience either so don’t read into I hate trans people when one of my brothers is trans and many of my good friends are as well.
Also, Alex Hirsch based Dipper off of himself. He is Dipper. Dipper is him. Making a headcanon like this is erasing the author from the character.
This is the kinda thing I dont’ like. Not just people grasping for straws to justify their headcanon but also trying to insist that their headcanon is actual canon.
The stuff dipper does can be explained by self esteem issues caused by bullying in his regular life and his parents neglectin him and mabel (and the evidence of that being they dumped the twins on a family member they didn’t even know had a brother)
