Autism Awarness instills fear and lies about autistic people in an effort to “cure” us. Autism Acceptance says “We’re not sick. We are here and can live happy healthy lives.”

also reminder that they make chump change compared to disney who whines and cries that in all their years of experience they can’t handle the prospect of animating a girl with a face different than the rest and that it’s “too hard” because only females can express such a wide range of emotions that it makes them difficult to animate
if a studio with 20-30 years of experience can manage this then SURELY an established studio with NEAR 100 YEARS of experience can maybe, just maybe, include a female that ISN’T a part of their formula

Can we please stop making fun of people who aren’t interested in a sexual or romantic relationship
Can we please stop making tv shows about virgins trying to lose their virginity like it’s a leech upon their life destroying all of their goals and opportunities?
Can we start having tv shows about 20 yr olds struggling with the terrible job market, pressure to stay in college despite gaining crippling debt, constantly being hounded for not having their own home already and kids by their parents and ridiculed for what they do in what little free time they have?
