Putting Ruby and Sapphire fusing into Garnet aside for a moment, can we talk about this? Rose had the choice to either go along with the gems in destroying the Earth, or go against them and save the people that resided there. She chose to go against her own kind just to protect something that some other Gems didn’t understand and didn’t want to get to understand. Not to mention that Garnet and Pearl were with her all the way. Rose protected these two with her life. They won together, side by side, not wanting to admit defeat even though there might have only been a few of them up against so many wanting to destroy something Rose found so precious.
I admit I really do love the mini games, it’s just so freaking touching to see the animatronics helping the kids to move on.

I don’t think anyone understands how much I love ruby&sapphire/garnet
i begin this post by asking you to examine the designs of all the gems we’ve seen so far (sans steven, a half-human)
note one major similarity between all these gems: they have no visible ears
i realize this is only a small sampling of the gems so far seen, but i got lazy. just trust me. none of them have ears.
now, in the return, jasper makes mention of a “yellow diamond”, obviously a higher-up on gemworld. someone who has a lot of power. this someone, could (and probably would), hypothetically, have more knowledge of earth than anyone may know—including jasper and other homeworld gems.
my theory is as follows: we’ve already seen yellow diamond. in fact, they’ve been here all along.
who are they, you ask?
