Only if you consider the fact that the terms where that you drew you character and I’ll draw your character after you do that. I asked if you agreed. To which you said no, and then didn’t speak about it again. Then you drew your character on your own terms. 

So, our deal doesn’t exist. Since you said no. You can’t say no to a reward for doing something and then expecting the reward later. 

But I’ll totally do some kind of thing for you later if you draw your character again.
