Quick question, if you jail someone four nights in a row without anyone knowing but you and them and there are no kills during the time, what is your assumption? They claim med when nobody has died and it cannot be confirmed? What would you guys do?

On reddit I have been getting flack (From one person who keeps acting all high and mighty acting like they are the best player ever) because I executed a med after jailing him for four days in a row and nobody dying. Nobody knew I jailed him except for him and me and I didn’t tell anyone about it until I decided to execute.
