An unarmed man was wrongfully shot and killed by the LAPD last night. Apparently he was a street performer known as “J” or the “Scream Character” and was wielding a fake knife that he had posed with for years. That was his living, he was just trying to make a buck like he always had, and the LAPD shot him multiple times before cuffing his lifeless body. I’m somehow shocked and not surprised at all, which only horrifies me more. Holy fuck is right.
