I think you just have a bad tablet. I would suggest looking into wacom.

I drew Xel'lotath as a human to test out some new brushes. I actually like how this came out for many reasons.
One, It’s the first human I’ve drawn in a while.
Two, I finally got the painting style down to where it looks okay.
And three, There are very few lines.
