This is an enormous chain and I’m sorry, but I need to say this:
The laws in the Old Testament were set forth by god as the rules the Hebrews needed to follow in order to be righteous, to atone for the sin of Adam and Eve and to be able to get into Heaven. That is also why they were required to make sacrifices, because it was part of the appeasement for Original Sin.
According to Christian theology, when Jesus came from Heaven, it was for the express purpose of sacrificing himself on the cross so that our sins may be forgiven. His sacrifice was supposed to be the ultimate act that would free us from the former laws and regulations and allow us to enter Heaven by acting in his image. That is why he said “it is finished” when he died on the cross. That is why Christians don’t have to circumcise their sons (god’s covenant with Jacob), that is why they don’t have to perform animal sacrifice, or grow out their forelocks, or follow any of the other laws of Leviticus.
When you quote Leviticus as god’s law and say they are rules we must follow because they are what god or Jesus wants us to do, what you are really saying, as a Christian, is that Christ’s sacrifice on the cross was invalid. He died in vain because you believe we are still beholden to the old laws. That is what you, a self-professed good Christian, are saying to your god and his son, that their plan for your salvation wasn’t good enough for you.
So maybe actually read the thing before you start quoting it, because the implications of your actions go a lot deeper than you think.

New York Film Academy’s study of gender inequality in the film industry.
Umm, you can’t take the top films as an example and think’s it’s not biased. The producers don’t know which films will be on the top and pick those movies to put women in that position.
So I found my old, 6th grade gaia account page (please don’t actually click it.) and found the original design for my oldest character that I still use, Koda the faded. So I decided to draw the original with his big eyes and angsty teen style and also failed at proportions because I was using a chibi like reference. Luckily, his look has changed a lot over the years. His personality however is still douchey and he still lacks shoes but hey, shirtless man.
YAY ANATOMY FAIL!
Also, I shouldn’t draw faces when I only get 3 hours of sleep two days in a row… or shade…
I’m sorry if it’s expensive but I need the money to repair my car.
there are other factors that can change the price like extra ponies or the complexity of the background and shading but this is the basest thing.
4 days early but I couldn’t wait to post this. Early Christmas present for my girlfriend.
MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!

The majority of Tumblr is entirely too sensitive in my opinion. I agree on a lot of subjects like racism and rape, but there are just a lot of things that seriously make me want to call the “waaah”mbulance. There was this one girl who I followed for a while because she posted about a subject I liked, but she would put a trigger warning for literally EVERYTHING. Life does not come with signs that say “tw:___” and I just find it ridiculous that people expect to be coddled. I’ve always seen myself as a ridiculously empathetic person, but Tumblr brings out a side of me that is just so insensitive because I have never in my life seen (okay, not seen really since it’s the internet) people who are so…weak.
It’s always “Oooh society this, society that, blah blah blah.” Are people really that easily influenced?
Dammit, the way you said the post makes it really hard to make fun of it by making an obvious joke overreaction in a way that people know I’m not serious. This makes me mad because I dedicate my life to making terrible jokes and puns.
