Hey, hey guess what the Ever Given has as cargo. Guess what it’s hauling. Go ahead. Think of the most ridiculous essential thing it could be shipping that would cause a shortage. Ready?

It’s toilet paper.

We’re cycling back to pandemic phase 1 for the anniversary

God said you can have some comedic irony, as a treat

Strange question, but do you think Bowser’s species have long lifespans since they’re so resilient? Like real world turtle lifespans, or do they live just as long as humans?

earthnashes:

I do, ye! While all Koopas are of the same species, Bowser’s species in particular are the strongest, largest, and generally the longest-living. I typically just call them the “Kaiju-Koopa”, but they could just as easily be called “Giant Koopas”. At any rate, all of the creatures in this world live much longer lifespans than what would be typically of ours. For easier reading:

Goomba: 100-150 years

Kongs: 150 years

Humanoids (toads, humans, mushlings): 200 years

Yoshi: 150 years

Koopa (Troopa, Lakitu, Boom Boom): 250 years

KaijuKoopa: 300 years

Magikoopa: 500 years, potentially longer if they have powerful magic

Divine (such as Rosalina): Immortal, however they will live a human lifespan should they give birth to a child, in which case their immortality is passed to the baby.

how does Ludwig work? he's able to fly, or flutter jump in the games. is he part Yoshi in this or something?

No? I’m not gonna lie I honestly don’t know what game you’re talkin bout that he had that ability but I’m afraid he probably won’t. o3o

the-thought-emporium-imperial said: Oh but that does raise a question. Thoughts on the ‘para’ breeds? Paragoombas and Paratroopas and the like? Are the wings an add-on or do you see them as a sub-species?

Given in games the Paras loose the wings upon getting jumped on, I’m goin with them being fake. They aren’t a special species or separate breed, they’re just Goombas and Troopas who’ve been outfitted with a pair of fake magic-powered wings to give them aerial advantages in battle. I’d imagine the wings themselves is something they just slip on with like a harness, but the power to grant flight is finite, so the wearer must monitor how much power they have. That’s why you get some paras in the games that hop super high instead of flying: the power of the wings is running low and needs a refill. o3o

maybe its the same magic as the wing cap
