… . buses and subway cars are being fully cleaned for the first time in years in some places … .movie theaters (( which should not be open )) are sanitising *all* of their seats instead of just the ones kids leave buttery fingerprints on … . mayhaps this isn’t about individual actions but rather corporations & governments cutting corners when it comes to cleanliness because it wasn’t “ cost effective “ .
for real tho, and this is especially true about public food based places??? like WHY would anybody assume op was just talking about washing your own damn hands lmfao

the only personal change most of us had to make in order to be more sanitary on an individual level was wearing a mask which honestly i hope people still wear masks after the pandemic is over
