During a hide and Seek game, Bulbasaur went back to take Togepi to a better hiding spot so it doesn’t get sad losing quickly.

that wasn’t togepi’s hiding spot, togepi just didn’t understand the game and decided to copy pikachu because he is his role model and he looks up to pikachu so much and pikachu treats him like a little baby brother and i’m not crying
togepi is a baby and babies copy to learn.
also, he loves his big bro pikachu. bulbasaur knows all of the above (he was at a nursery taking care of injured pokémon for possibly years) and also knows that since togepi is a baby he’ll be sad to lose so quickly.

FMA03 Scar is just so bishie. He looks like he’s in danger of starting a boy band any second. He’s so delicate. So streamline and alluring. He was an extra in a shojo anime who stumbled on set and they were like “shit man we needed someone to play the vengeful murderer youre hired”
