modern day who’s on second

“me saw who! me saw who!!!

I cannot stop watching this video. It’s fucking hilarious and I’ve watching it’s approximately 20 times already

I've heard a theory that the starblaster was never meant to be as important or last as long as it did; that the crew were meant to go spend a month or so in another plane and then come back to share their results and research, but nobody really expected it to work, or expected them to survive. The crew of the starblaster is made up of powerful misfits - people nobody will miss, in the likely event that the ship never returns.

Which leads up to the question of why did they all agree to go on such a mission in the first place?!

do you expect anyone other than lucrecia and davenport to actually read their contracts and the finer details?

Davenport and lucrecia were probably the only ones qualified under this theory. i mean, this project was davenports life. He probably went to make sure it goes as planned as much as possible

Does it mention brads wife or why she was fired?

I assume they all had a series of aptitude tests and they all scored the highest in certain aspects. like, magnus probably successfully beat what was meant to be an impossible simulation scenario

This is true! But he’s a tough but tender lad who tried to fight a bear the first chance je got! Surely there was a grizzled but more experienced fighter who could have been a little more apt to protect a bunch of scientists and a writer.

What did Magnus do?!?!?

despite everything hes a tactical genius. he rushes in and takes the brunt of damage but he also understands hes the tank and that the casters do the real damage. hes not afraid to put himself in danger to ensure the best outcome of a fight.
