alternate phrasing: people staying at home during a pandemic results in less incidents of running red lights
This is really interesting compared to stuff like speed cameras bc in my experience speeding cameras don’t stop speeding, they only make the speed slow down very abruptly in very specific areas. Only ppl really local to those places know the areas where you drop speed, so for anyone else who’s like “wow let me match the speed of literally everyone else and assume that’s how it’s gonna work” it’s actually pretty dangerous.
This wasn’t a hlvrai related bit but this was one of the goddam funniest moments-
Everyone dunking on Wayne, the fact that Wayne listens to avgn when he goes to sleep, “Oh you watched avgn for 10 hours straight- that’s ALL you want to watch,” holly fucking losing it, “WELL NOW WE’RE ALL LAUGHING AT YOU.”

harley: you got this, honey. now, stay on the line a minute, I’m writing down some the names of some books for you and you can get those from Ivy after we’re done. okay! our next caller —
[commisioner gordon turns off the radio]

commisioner gordon: WGTM.
batman: the one that rebroadcasts rush limbaugh?
