A quick sneak peek of the next character headcanon, starring Medli! Because I greatly prefer the BotW version of Rito over any other iteration I redesigned her to better fit the look! I was hesitant to give her hair at first but then I remembered the Rito in BotW do have hair in varying quantities, so I got over it pretty fast. xD
So I haven’t quite figured out the entirety of her headcanon: I’m kinda torn between three options? Said options are:
-aspires to be a monk/priest at the Shrine of Valoo but is too poor in skill at flight and combat to become an apprentice
-is simply an apprentice to Kass for music, which she loves but wishes she could be more than what she is
-Idolizes Revali and current Rito Champion Teba and wishes to be a warrior like them, but still poor in skill at flight and archery

Reblogging because I ended up tweaking her design. The first one kinda lacked character, at least in her face, so I took a closer look at her original design and made her beak closer to that design and changed up the sideburn tufts of hair so it wouldn’t obscure her face as much. I also changed the shape of her hair and eyes to better fit the canon design and sharpened the fluff on her cheeks some for a more defined look.
I think she looks a lot more successful in the tweaked iteration! <:
the poetic cinema in the movie Holes when it shows Kate Barlow in the schoolhouse and drops of water are falling on the book she’s reading and you think the roof is leaking again even though Sam fixed it but then it shows that it’s actually because she’s crying and then Sam walks in and looks at her tear stained face with the softest expression and says, “i can fix that.”
The subplot of Holes was hands down the greatest love story of our generation
