my favorite Millennial Thing™ is when a group of us are standing around and talking and someone asks a question that no one knows the answer to and suddenly it’s a race to get out your phone and google it and be the first to know, and then someone starts reading the Wikipedia article about the thing aloud to everyone else, and what started as a casual conversation is now A Learning Opportunity and we all walk away a little more knowledgeable about a random topic
Like, Boomers hate when we do that, but I think it’s one of the best things about us.
So long as we have internet or a cell signal, all of the world’s collective knowledge is at our fingertips, and damned if we aren’t going to use it.
You have the CHARADE fetch modus. It would be handy if you were any good at charades. But you have trouble acting out what but is you need and it would take a miracle to get what it is you want.
Do you think some casters can get Dancing Lights to manifest differently? Like taking the shape of small birds or dragonflies?
i think casters probably have a natural shape that is most comfortable for them to cast, and a preferred shape thats cast for the aesthetic value. So if you cast dancing lights and its something simple like an orb, any snooty spellcasters would be like ‘get a load of this guy…. no self-respect… doesnt even make his lights pretty’

We actually love Speedy. Grew up watching him and, as a Mexican myself, was never offended. My Papi watched him when he was a kid and loved having, what he felt, was positive representation of his culture.
Quit complaining on behalf of other people who aren’t actually offended.
Those are fake woke people who want to feel CUlturally relevant. Speedy is amazing. Mario with a sombrero is amazing. We latinos dont give a shit. Cultural representation, as stereotypical as it is, is something we feel proud of. It literally gets me annoyed at people who claim something in behalf of some culture when the culture itself accepts it and relishes in it.
