I was rewatching Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood lately, and I kind of wish we got more on Mrs. Bradley. I mean, she had to be pretty amazing, considering two homonculi loved her.
IN FULL SUPPORT
Mrs. Bradley managed to make PRIDE - a homunculus dedicated entirely to the sin of LOVING YOURSELF above all others, the homunculus who likely thought the least of humans because he believed himself and homunculi far superior - love her just because of her immense and selfless love for him.
the moment that Pride brings up when talking about Mrs. Bradley was an entirely selfless act - it was something absolutely at odds with pride. Pride would never sacrifice himself for someone else, because Pride doesn’t love others more than himself - and he was utterly baffled by the fact that Mrs. Bradley did. And that moment stuck with him because of it.
and Wrath fell in love with her - we don’t hear a lot about his feelings for her, but we know that he choose her (even after she slapped him when they first met! which we get in the manga and is DELIGHTFUL because Wrath not only didn’t kill her on the spot but was like, hot damn, I’m taking this woman on a date)
the homunculi talk a lot about how little they think of humans, how little they care about them, but Mrs. Bradley was so kind and loved so unconditionally and selflessly (was so completely and absolutely human in ways that neither Pride or Wrath could be) that TWO homunculi loved her
New original 3D animated movie: Ducks. The secret life of ducks when humans aren’t looking.
Whenever ducks fly south in the winter, they’re actually flying to a big city of ducks where they talk and have jobs and have traffic lights with pictures of ducks in them and every billboard and storefront is a bird pun.
A generic duck guy is a young adult who feels inadequate because his dad is a big broker in the bread stock exchange.
He accidentally reveals the secret life of ducks to a human child, and now he must take her south with him to duck city. On the way they get into hijinks and find out about a big duck conspiracy or something.
I was thinking at first this was an actual movie
It will be if you just give me 3 years and $150,000,000
How many times would “duck” be confused between the physical action and the animal in question?
12 times for comedic effect. 1 time used ironically in a sad moment in the end of act II. And 1 time in the last act when the protagonist has to say something badass when he defeats the bad guy.
This winter, ditch the binoculars and rediscoverbird-watching with the hot new movie…….DUCK!!!!
If this post gets 100,000 notes I’ll start working on the script.
Well then…
Let’s get to work.
Without further ado, and over a year in the making:
I am Silver Tongue, I am an artist. I have many characters and you can check out my art in the art tag. I occasionally practice witchcraft though I don't do anything too complicated. I am girl 2 and don't know what else to put here.
