It is WILD to me how many people just loudly broadcast their intention to scab, as if that isn’t the fastest way to brand yourself as someone who will throw anyone else to the wolves in an industry that runs on collaboration, so every writer say it with me

I should mention that the reason many, many new writers have not been able to get staffed (and often can’t even get a foot in the door) is literally highlighted in several of the WGA’s asks. I was regularly talking to folks already higher up the ladder than I was in 2018 and 2019, and when I talked to people in support staff positions, they’d say, “Have you considered looking into development?” and when I talked to people in development, they’d say, “Why not look into support staff roles?” because open jobs in those realms no longer existed.
The elimination of writers rooms meant fewer writing gigs, which meant less space for people in support roles to get promoted, and at the same time downsized support staff altogether. The rise of minirooms cut paid development roles. These aren’t even really things the guild is trying to add—they’re things that used to exist as a pipeline for writers moving up in seniority that they want to get back.
If you scab because you’re bitter that you haven’t been able to get a job, you’re not only undermining the guild and setting yourself up to get barred from ever working in union writing circles, you’re personally helping increase the likelihood that another strike is necessary next negotiation period by making it harder for the guild to combat the circumstances that have made it impossible for you to get staffed up until now.
He’s currently the main world of Warcraft writer and narrative designer and he has a Huge fetish for women with blue skin. He’s partially responsible for why World of Warcraft has had such a sudden increase of sexy blue women lately. He retweets a lot of art of blue women. He also rewrote Nathanos’ (loyal zombie servant of sylvanas) character to have a human body, and he made that human body look like him, and he sometimes roleplays as him on Twitter. One thing with Nathanos, is that he loves Sylvanas Windrunner (blue elf woman who is the leader of the undead) unrequitedly, but he made it so actually she’s into him too. He also has a big statue of her in his office.
Some of the new races in the new expansion pack (but these aren’t all of them either)
Oh also, his self-insert character is blue too
it’s blue skin guy
That’s him, it’s literally him, Steve Danuser actually is the legendary Blue Skin Guy
Is it just me or are the new tumblr users convinced there’s a penalty of some kind for using this site like it’s meant to be used?
reblogs have always been in short supply for artists, sadly, but it’s hitting the shitposts and even the cat pictures lately.
Gotta keep getting the word out that reblogs are good and keep people posting new material that will be passed around for the next 12 years
They’re used to other social media sites, where the only equivalent of reblogging is straight-up content theft; so the idea that you can put someone else’s stuff on your page and have it not be a bad thing is a strange experience for them.
They’re likely also used to an algorithm recommending content based on what they hit “like” on, so they probably think that that’s how this works, too.
I am Silver Tongue, I am an artist. I have many characters and you can check out my art in the art tag. I occasionally practice witchcraft though I don't do anything too complicated. I am girl 2 and don't know what else to put here.
