Ok, guys, so literally my friend goes to college in the middle of a city, and she told me that the upperclassmen tell all the freshmen “Don’t be afraid to be hit by a car, because then all of your tuition will be paid for,” like through insurance and lawsuits and the like. Welcome to college, where being hit by a car is preferable to student loans.
magnus’ reunion with julia was beautful and sweet, but i can’t help imagining that about a week later (or however time works in the astral plane) they get a knock on the cottage door and open it to find lup and barry (reapers) and taako (death’s boyfriend) outside with an abashed looking kravitz who says that he explained that they needed some time alone but that the taacos wouldn’t hear it and wanted to check in on their old friend.
magnus of course would be overjoyed that they stopped by for a visit, and so while taako and lup start preparing some tea and cookies, magnus excitedly introduces them all to julia and presses them on how everyone back home is doing
