As far as I’m concerned, these are Sniper’s parents…
They raised him. They cared for him.
Who would have been there for him when he was a child? Who would have comforted him after he was bullied? Who would of kissed better his bumps and bruises from falling down? Who would have let him crawl into their bad after a bad dream? Who would have made him chicken noodle soup when he was sick? Who stuck by him even though he was different and lanky and not like the other children?
THEM.
His mother was there to listen to him…
His father heavily disapproved of his job, but the man still stayed in contact…
They were there for him.
WHICH IS MORE THAN CAN BE SAID FOR THESE TWO SELFISH BASTARDS…
They abandoned Sniper without a second though/left him to die in a time when he needed them most.
So in my eyes, his real parents are the couple that lived at Red House on the Left and adopted him from the rubble.
They may not have brought him into this world, but they stuck by him for the rest of their lives. They are his real family.
