This fucks me up because it’s scary to think that we can be showed something all our lives and not even know it’s a lie

can we just point out that the way our media portrays things is why people are so stubborn with their perspectives?
They portray ebola as a super contagious instant killer, hackers as scary organizations that wear masks at their computers, internet strangers as pedophiles and gay people ad horny people with no self control or incredibly flamboyant and in your face.
