Draw whatever the fun fact that you were not the fastest sperm. Other sperm start burrowing into the egg and die on the way in. You were an opportunistic sperm that waited for the others to die making it easy for you to burrow in. Maybe? Please? Oh god please!?
Actually, the fastest sperms die hitting the wall of the egg. The one that gets to fertilize it is just the first to break through the egg wall after many others weaken it.
