“In fact, by using her wits a seemingly defenseless pony can be the one who outsmarts and outshines them all.”

CAN WE TALK ABOUT HOW THIS IS A KIDS TV SHOW WHERE THE ENTIRE MORAL OF AN EPISODE WAS THAT BEING FEMININE DOES NOT MAKE YOU WEAK

FAVORITE EPISODE

Favorite episode and favorite pony.

<3 This makes me happy.

It’s important for children to learn that.

Casual reminder that the majority of Bronies did not understand this moral, and instead declared that Rarity was “teaching girls to be manipulative bitches,” or some such rot.

Haha, I love it

Because if a man drags you away from your friends and loved ones despite your wishes and forces you to use your skills for his sole benefit, basically treating you like a slave, and in turn you use your wiles (instead of physical violence) to make them leave you alone that makes YOU the ‘manipulative bitch’.

Dear idiot bronies

that’s not being a manipulative bitch

that’s ‘giving as good as you get’

Ah yes the episode that cemented Rarity as best pone

Rarity has always been best pony

Actually, this was the first Rarity episode that I enjoyed. Lots of times Rarity tends to rub me the wrong way, but with this episode— and many of the later ones— she really did start to become more likable.
