A man is banned from donating blood even though he’s had sex with only one man since 1970-something and knows for a fact (and can prove) that he does not have any sexually transmitted diseases, HIV, or AIDS.
A man is instantly given the chance to donate blood even though he’s had unprotected sex with more women than he can remember because he’s straight and there’s no way putting a penis in a vagina would ever result in sexually transmitted diseases, HIV, or AIDS.
